Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment is required in full before the start of the holiday period, Horse 'n' Hound Pet Sitting reserve the right to cancel a contract where prior payment has not been made.
      
  2. Payments are non-refundable within the equivalent time of the contract e.g within 5 days of a 5 day contract, 2 days of a 2 day and so on.
      
  3. Travel is included in the tariff within a 10 mile radius of Hillesley. Areas outside this area will be charged at 40p/mile.
      
  4. Different rates will be applicable for Bank Holidays including Christmas and New Year.
      
  5. All equipment needed for the required work to be supplied by the owner unless negotiated beforehand.
      
  6. All food and forage to be supplied by owner.
      
  7. All emergency contact numbers must be provided to Horse 'n' Hound Pet Sitting before the contract begins.
      
  8. Horse 'n' Hound Pet Sitters will not be liable for any injury to the horse(s) while in our care.
      
  9. Horse 'n' Hound Pet Sitters will provide appropriate liability insurance for the staff.
      
  10. Horse 'n' Hound Pet Sitters will endeavour to contact the owner with regards to any veterinary treatment deemed necessary. If the owner is not contactable, the appropriate veterinarian will be called and any treatment will be taken under the advisement of the veterinarian including euthanasia.
      
  11. Horse 'n' Hound Pet Sitters will not be liable for any call out or veterinary bills incurred while the horse(s) are under my care.
